
SHELLSLIDE
UPDATE: The game has been updated post jam! I spent some time cleaning up the combat system, and balancing out the enemy AI and bullet fire rates. The difficulty curve should be much better!
Gruntled the Turtle has been hired for a secret mission to break into the greatest Art Museum of all time. You must do your best to make it through and steal the most prized possession of the Museum. However, there are patrol guards blocking the way. Do your best to knock them out, and steal their keys, and hide UNDER THE TABLE to avoid their line of sight.
Note: The web build will have some stutters for about the first minute of gameplay.
This is due to an issue with the old renderer in Godot which doesn't cache shaders properly. There is a fix now, but it doesn't apply to web builds (Web builds don't support Vulkan rendering)

ATTACKING GUARDS
You have two ways to attack a guard.
- Roll into them in Shell Slide Mode
- Land on them with a Shell Pound
You can enter shell slide mode while in air to do a shell pound.
If you can land the shell pound on the guard it will deal them 2 hitpoints of damage.
A normal slide will deal 1 hitpoint.
However it takes longer to recover from a shell pound, so use them wisely!
