
Cavern Ravagers
NOTE ON WEB BUILD (please read if playing web): Godot's web builds are in a very rough state. In the current version of Godot 4.5.1, there are quite a few bugs with web exports that I had to try to work around. I want to leave a list here of the issues to encourage you to play the downloadable version if you can:
- New shader compilation tools aren't available on Web export, so you will get stutter for the first minute or so of gameplay until all particle and resource types are spawned.
- Controller inputs don't map properly on certain browsers (so far, Firefox and Opera don't work) If you want to play on web with controller, Chrome works. But in my opinion, the game plays pretty well on mouse and keyboard.
- SFX can't have live mixed audio effects on WEB, so no reverb or delay on web.
SUMMARY
Delve into the caverns and gather as much gold and power as possible. But beware, the more space you mine, the more enemies have space to spawn. Will you gather all the gold, or will you perish in the caverns a fool.
The game is an endless loop, but there are 3 Stage types total. They will loop in order similar to the game REPO.
Pause is ESC or P. You can adjust volume, graphics, and see the controls.
But only check the controls if you feel you need to!

My goal for this jam was to create a visually and mechanically cohesive game, and I focused a lot on UI design, style, and layout. I'm really proud of what I made!
